These Terms govern your access to wovenbydesign.co and Wovenbydesign.co courses, resources, community links, and merchandise. By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and the posted Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Wovenbydesign.co provides faith-rooted education, personal development resources, and guidance related to identity, clarity, calling, personal growth, ministry, business readiness, and purposeful decision-making. Content is offered for educational and informational purposes. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or crisis advice and does not create a professional-client or therapeutic relationship.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase or create an account unless a parent or legal guardian has provided valid permission. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping login credentials confidential, and activity under your account.

Prices, included materials, access periods, and payment terms are presented at checkout or on the applicable sales page. Payments are processed through Stripe or another displayed processor. You authorize the applicable charges, taxes, and shipping costs. We may cancel or refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable merchandise, or another fulfillment problem.

Unless stated otherwise, a purchase grants one individual a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the materials for personal learning. You may not share login credentials, reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, teach from, upload, or create competing products from course materials without written permission.

Participation in a WOVEN community is voluntary and may also be governed by the rules of the hosting platform. Treat others with dignity. Do not harass, discriminate, threaten, impersonate, spam, solicit without permission, disclose another person’s private information, or post unlawful or infringing material. We may moderate or remove access when reasonably necessary to protect the community.

Community spaces are not confidential therapy or crisis-response environments. Consider carefully what personal information you choose to share.

Your experience depends on many personal and external factors. We do not promise a particular spiritual, emotional, business, ministry, branding, financial, or other outcome. Testimonials, when used, reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.

The website may connect to Tutor LMS, Stripe, Printify, Cal.com, Facebook, and other third-party services. Their availability, terms, privacy practices, and decisions are outside our control. Links are provided for convenience and do not guarantee or endorse every statement or practice on an external site.

The WOVEN name, original text, graphics, frameworks, course materials, downloads, and site design are owned by or licensed to Wovenbydesign.co and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited personal-use license stated above.

We may update content, features, schedules, instructors, community access, or technical delivery when reasonably necessary. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, misuse, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms. When a material paid feature must be discontinued, we will provide a reasonable remedy consistent with the Refund Policy and applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and content are provided as available without warranties not expressly stated in writing. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws that apply where Wovenbydesign.co operates, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update these Terms as services or legal requirements change. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
