All course and coaching purchases are final — we do not offer refunds. Course previews (like the free sample lesson above) and this pricing page are here so you can decide with confidence before you buy. Coaching sessions may still be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice; late cancellations and missed sessions are forfeited. Charged by mistake?
