I am Penny D. Butler — Identity & Brand Architect and Chief Brand Weaver at WOVEN By Design + Co. I help faith-driven women uncover the threads of their God-given identity, purpose, and story — and weave them into brands, ministries, and businesses that reflect Heaven’s design.
My journey was not a straight line. For years, I carried gifts I didn’t know how to name, a calling that felt too big to claim, and a story I wasn’t sure was worth telling. I moved through seasons of confusion, grief, survival, and silence — until I stopped waiting to be “ready” and started letting God do what He had always been doing: weaving.
WOVEN By Design + Co was born from the belief that every woman’s life — every thread of it, even the painful ones — is intentional. That the wounds you’ve carried, the gifts you’ve buried, and the stories you’ve been told to forget are not obstacles to your calling. They are the calling.
